My philosophy of health & wellness is not to cover up symptoms but naturally supporting you body through exercise, holistic nutrition, a healthy attitude and lifestyle and allowing it to heal and prevent illness. I have been involved in the field of fitness, natural health care and nutrition for many years. Beginning with the pregnancy of our first child 1992, my focus on being healthy, staying healthy and helping others achieve their best health possible has been my goal. The goal here at The Healthy Hut LLC, is to get and keep you healthy from pre-pregnancy throughout your lifetime! Focusing on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition we strive to keep you healthy mentally, physically and emotionally. From Bump to Birth and Beyond! As a RYT 200 hr yoga teacher & Flexibility coach, certified health coach, perinatal fitness specialist and personal trainer, I work with individuals of all ages , coaching them to be healthy, fit and strong. I especially enjoy practicing yoga pre/postnatal moms and with children ages 6wks -18 yrs.
As a certified breastfeeding specialist™, childbirth educator, pre/postnatal fitness instructor, I enjoy working with Moms , Dads and children, to help them gain optimal health.

In my spare time I enjoy being a lifelong learner, hiking and outdoor activities with my family , reading , listening to podcasts , studying nutrition, health and wellness information, and watching documentaries. I also enjoy trying new recipes, cooking and enjoying healthy , delicious meals! We relocated to River Hills in 2021, WI and are enjoying all that the Northshore community has to offer!
